We are now welcoming new candidates for Level 2 and 3 NVQs in childcare and I would like to know if you would be interested in applying? 

Gaining an NVQ qualification can offer you a great opportunity to earn more money (your salary will be increased once you have completed the course) and can help you to progress your career with us.  We are also now offering a £100 voucher for the retailer of your choice as an extra incentive once you have completed your course. 

We use a number of different NVQ training providers to deliver the training and we will be working very closely with them to ensure that you will receive the support that you need.

Before you sign up for the course, please understand that there is a certain level of commitment needed from you to complete the coursework (as there would be for any course).  However, much of this work can now be completed through ‘professional discussions’ which involve a meeting or phone call to assess your knowledge on the subject, thus reducing the amount of written work that you would be expected to do.

The course can take up to 15 months but can be completed in 12 months – so, this time next year you could be qualified.

One document is for Level 2 and the other for Level 3.  If you are interested in undertaking an NVQ, then you will be assessed as to which Level qualification you will be most suited for.
