We are seeking a new Manager for our brand new nursey in Weybridge, opening Summer 2024.
It is very important to us that our Managers have a warm, friendly approach to their staff team, are willing to learn and fully imbed themselves in our ethos of the children being at the heart of every decision that we make.
We try and reduce the amount of paperwork that Managers have to do, so that they can concentrate on the welfare and development of the children. So, recruitment, invoicing, funding and more are all taken care of by our Head Office team.
All of the Senior Teams (including Room Leaders) are given full Leadership Training and we only employ warm, friendly staff – all of which makes managing our staff teams a much more pleasant experience that it can be elsewhere.
Our senior team, who have a wealth of experience (including being former Nursery Managers previously themselves) support our Managers fully in their role and ensure that they have all of the support and guidance that they require.
Candidates must hold a minimum level 3 Childcare and have experience of previously managing a day nursery either at Manager or Deputy Manager level.
Hours 7.15am-6.15pm four days per week. The nursery building is beautiful (and air conditioned) and has a capacity for 70 children, a garden area and car park.
Responsibilities for role include ensuring a high standard of care and education, safety and safeguarding, maintain a professional and happy environment, occupancy growth, coaching, training and more.
